FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL HOLDING STRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIRE-RESISTANT STRUCTURE
To provide a fire-resistive covering material holding structure capable of ensuring satisfactory workability by reliably holding fire-resistive covering material when placing the fire resistive covering material in the open hole of a beam, and a construction method of fire-resistant structure using the same.SOLUTION: In a web 3a, an open hole 9 is formed for inserting pipes therethrough. On the inner peripheral surface of the open hole 9, a fire resistive covering material 5 is placed and held by a fireproof cover holding member 13. The fireproof cover holding member 13 is a generally circular member a part of which is cut, which is formed of a metal or resin for example. Since the fireproof cover holding member 13 is capable of reducing the diameter, the fireproof cover holding member 13 can be easily inserted inside the fire-resistive covering material 5 by reducing the diameter. Also, the fireproof cover holding member 13 with reduced diameter returns to its original shape by a restoring force. With this, the fireproof cover holding member 13 pushes the fire resistive covering material 5 from inside and holds the fire resistive covering material 5 in the beam 3 (inner face of the open hole 9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 梁の貫通孔に耐火被覆材を配置する際に、確実に耐火被覆材を保持し、良好な作業性を得ることが可能な耐火被覆材保持構造と、これを用いた耐火構造の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】 ウェブ3aには、配管等が挿通される貫通孔9が形成される。貫通孔9の内周面には、耐火被覆材5が配置され、耐火被覆保持部材13によって保持されている。耐火被覆保持部材13は、一部が切れた略環状の部材であり、例えば金属製や樹脂製である。耐火被覆保持部材13は縮径可能であるため、耐火被覆材5の内面側に挿入する際には、縮径させることで容易に耐火被覆材5の内面側に挿入することができる。また、縮径させた耐火被覆保持部材13は、復元力によって元の形状に戻ろうとする。このため、耐火被覆保持部材13は、耐火被覆材5を内面側から押圧して、耐火被覆材5を梁3(貫通孔9内面)に対して保持することができる。【選択図】図3
