METHOD FOR ADJUSTING TENSIONING FORCE OF PC STEEL
To adjust a tensioning force of a PC steel even if a work space is narrow.SOLUTION: A PC steel for connection is connected to an anchorage device made of concrete, an intermediate anchorage tool is mounted to the PC steel, a first bearing plate, a hydraulic jack and a second bearing plate are installed, the PC steel for connection is coupled to the hydraulic jack, the PC steel for connection is anchored at a reverse side of the hydraulic jack at the second bearing plate by an anchorage member, a tensioning force of the PC steel between the intermediate anchorage tool and an anchorage tool is reduced to zero using the hydraulic jack, and after the tensioning force between the intermediate anchorage tool and the anchorage tool reaches zero, the PC steel is cut at any position between the intermediate anchorage tool and the anchorage tool, the tensioning force by the hydraulic jack is released and the state where the tensioning force of the PC steel is released is realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】作業空間が狭くてもPC鋼材の緊張力を調整する。【解決手段】コンクリート製定着装置に接続用PC鋼材を接続して、中間定着具をPC鋼材に取り付けて、第一支圧板と油圧ジャッキと第二支圧板とを設置して、接続用PC鋼材を油圧ジャッキに連結して、第二支圧板における油圧ジャッキの逆側において接続用PC鋼材を定着部材により定着させて、油圧ジャッキを用いて、中間定着具と定着具との間のPC鋼材の緊張力を0(ゼロ)まで低下させて、中間定着具と定着具との間の緊張力が0(ゼロ)とした後に中間定着具と定着具との間の任意の位置でPC鋼材を切断して、油圧ジャッキによる緊張力を開放して、PC鋼材の緊張力が開放された状態を実現する。【選択図】図4
