To provide a power supply device that can increase the consumption of output power from a distributed power supply in a dwelling unit part, an apartment house, and a lead-in panel.SOLUTION: A power supply device 10 comprises a first transaction meter 21 and a second transaction meter 22 that are connected between an apartment house 1 having a plurality of dwelling units and a power network 80. The first transaction meter 21 is connected with a first dwelling unit part 31 that includes at least two dwelling units and a first distributed power supply 40a that supplies power to the first dwelling unit part 31.
