The present invention relates to a wall surface panel for a building, which can easily change the aesthetic effects of the wall surface panel by exchanging interior plates provided on an outer side of the panel while preventing the infiltration of water or harmful materials through connection portions of the panel. The wall surface panel comprises: a bonding plate having a rectangular plate shape, forming multiple bonding recesses, coated with an adhesive, at a lower end, forming an adhesion plate with an upper surface coated with an adhesive to protrude on an edge of one side in a longitudinal direction, forming a close contact plate with a lower end coated with an adhesive to protrude into the center at the other side in a longitudinal direction corresponding to the adhesion plate, and arranging multiple insertion recesses to be spaced in the longitudinal direction of an upper surface; an interior plate having a plate shape encompassing the upper surface of the bonding plate, arranging a seating protrusion corresponding to the insertion recess on a lower surface, and forming patterns on an upper surface; and an external plate provided with a coupling recess coupled to a transparent plate at a position corresponding to the patterns of the interior plate to be coupled to the upper surface of the bonding plate to encompass the upper surface of the interior plate.
본 발명은 패널의 연결 부위를 통하여 물이나 유해물질이 침투되는 것을 방지하면서도 패널의 외측에 구비되는 인테리어판 교체를 통하여 벽편패널의 미감을 용이하게 변경할 수 있는 건축물용 벽면패널에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징적인 구성은 사각형의 판 형상으로 하단에는 접착제가 도포되는 복수개의 접착홈이 형성되고, 길이 방향의 일측 테두리에는 상면에 접착제가 도포되는 접착판이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 접착판과 대응되는 길이 방향의 타측 중심부에는 하단에 접착제가 도포되는 밀착판이 대응되게 돌출 형성되며, 상면 길이 방향으로는 복수개의 삽입홈이 간격을 두고 배열 배치되는 접합판; 상기 접합판의 상면을 감싸는 판 형상으로 상기 삽입홈과 대응되는 안착돌기가 하면에 배열 배치되고, 상면에는 무늬가 형성된 인테리어판; 상기 인테리어판의 무늬와 대응되는 위치에 투명판이 결합되는 결합홈이 구비되어 상기 인테리어판의 상면을 감싸도록 상기 접합판의 상면에 결합되는 외부판을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 접합판은 상면 테두리를 따라 복수개의 안착홈이 형성되고, 상기 외부판은 하면 테두리를 따라 상기 안착홈과 대응되는 밀착돌기가 돌출 형성되며, 상기 접합판은 물 흡수량이 0.3% 이하를 이루는 자기질로 형성되고, 상기 접착제는 시멘트, 칼슘알루미네이트, 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 재유화형분말수지를 접착제 총 100중량%에 대하여 시멘트 36~40중량%, 칼슘알루미네이트 4~10중량%, 탄산칼슘 5~10중량%, 실리카 30~40중량%, 재유화형분말수지 4~10중량%를 혼합한 것을 사용하도록 구성된다.
