To provide a work machine calibration device capable of performing calibration in a shorter time by less manpower, a work machine calibration system including the same, a work machine calibration method, and a calibration target to be used therefor.SOLUTION: A calibration device 42 calibrates positions of antennas 37 in a machine body coordinate system of a work machine 10. The calibration device 42 includes calculation means 66. The calculation means 66 performs calculation so as to convert positions of the antennas 37 in a coordinate system of an external measurement device 41 with a predetermined measurement point as a reference, which have been actually measured by the external measurement device 41, into positions on a machine coordinate system of the work machine 10 with an actuation base point of the work machine 16 as a reference based on mechanical design information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
