To provide a baseboard for remodeling fitting with improved workability.SOLUTION: A baseboard for remodeling fitting 1, which is disposed below a sill 112 provided on an opening of a building and covers between an installation surface 91 and the sill 112, has a surface part 11 having a flat face provided on an outdoor side of the building, and a baseboard engaging portion 16 that extends toward an indoor side from a rear side of an upper portion of the surface part 11 and bends upward. Rotating the surface part 11, as a rotation axis, around a tip 11a disposed at an upper end of the surface part 11 causes the baseboard engaging portion 16 to engage with a sill side engaging portion 2 disposed at a lower end on the outdoor side of the sill 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】施工性の向上した改装建具用巾木を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の開口に設けられた下枠１１２の下方に設けられ、設置面９１と下枠１１２との間を塞ぐ改装建具用巾木１は、建物の屋外側に設けられる平坦な面を有する表面部１１と、表面部１１の上部の裏側から屋内側へ向かうとともに上方へ曲がる巾木係合部１６と、を備え、表面部１１の上端に設けられた先端部１１ａを回転軸として表面部１１を回転させることで、巾木係合部１６が下枠１１２の屋外側における下端部に配置される下枠側係合部２に係合する。【選択図】図４
