To provide a remodeling fitting capable of improving efficiency of a construction work and saving a construction cost and a remodeling fitting construction method.SOLUTION: A remodeling fitting is formed by fitting a new window frame to the inside of an existing window frame. The existing window frame has an existing mullion, a first existing vertical frame disposed on one side part of the existing mullion, and a second existing vertical frame disposed on the other side part of the existing mullion. The new window frame has: a first vertical frame supported by the first existing vertical frame; a second vertical frame supported by the second existing vertical frame; a first architrave supported on an indoor side of the first vertical frame; and a second architrave supported on an indoor side of the second vertical frame. The first architrave and the second architrave have protruding pieces that protrude so as to face each other on a side closer to the indoor than an indoor side aspect face of the existing mullion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】施工作業の効率を向上させ、施工コストを削減することができる改装建具及び改装建具の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】改装建具は、既設窓枠の内側に新設窓枠を取り付けた改装建具である。既設窓枠は、既設方立と、前記既設方立の一側部に設けられた第１既設縦枠と、前記既設方立の他側部に設けられた第２既設縦枠と、を有する。新設窓枠は、前記第１既設縦枠に支持された第１縦枠と、前記第２既設縦枠に支持された第２縦枠と、前記第１縦枠の室内側に支持された第１額縁と、前記第２縦枠の室内側に支持された第２額縁と、を有し、前記第１額縁及び前記第２額縁は、それぞれ前記既設方立の室内側見付け面よりも室内側で互いに対向するように突出した突出片を有する。【選択図】図４
