VEHICLE SIDE DOOR HINGE STRUCTURE
To provide a vehicle side door hinge structure that can separate a vehicle body side hinge bracket from a door side hinge bracket without removing or inserting a hinge pin, and can attach to and detach a side door from the vehicle body without affecting the hinge pin.SOLUTION: A vehicle side door hinge structure includes: a pair of upper and lower vehicle body side hinge brackets 22 that are mounted to a hinge pillar 1 in a vertically spaced-apart manner; a pair of upper and lower door side hinge brackets 23 that are mounted on a front edge of a side door 3 in a vertically spaced-apart manner; and an intermediate member 25 whose one end is pivoted rotatably to either one of the door side hinge bracket 23 and the vehicle body side hinge bracket 22 via a hinge pin 24 and whose other end can be tightened, from inside of the side door 3, to the other of the door side hinge bracket 23 and the vehicle body side hinge bracket 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ヒンジピンを抜き差しすることなく、車体側ヒンジブラケットとドア側ヒンジブラケットとを分離することができ、ヒンジピンに影響を与えることなく、車体に対してサイドドアの着脱を行なうことができる車両のサイドドアヒンジ構造の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】ヒンジピラー１に対して上下方向に離間して取付けられる上下一対の車体側ヒンジブラケット２２と、サイドドア３の前端に上下方向に離間して取付けられる上下一対のドア側ヒンジブラケット２３と、一端が上記ドア側ヒンジブラケット２３および上記車体側ヒンジブラケット２２のうちの何れか一方に対しヒンジピン２４を介して回動可能に軸支され、他端が上記ドア側ヒンジブラケット２３および上記車体側ヒンジブラケット２２のうちの何れか他方に対し上記サイドドア３の内側方向から締結固定可能な中間部材２５と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図４
