VEHICLE SIDE DOOR HINGE STRUCTURE
To easily attach/detach the side door to/from the vehicle body without being affected by the connecting pipe.SOLUTION: A vehicle side door hinge structure comprises upper and lower hinges 11U and 11 L, in a pair, which are vertically separated from each other, and each attached to a hinge pillar 1 serving as a vehicle body skeleton member, and a base end of a side door 3. The upper and lower hinges 11U, 11L each comprise: a vehicle body side hinge bracket 12 having a vehicle body side attachment portion 13 attached to the hinge pillar 1 side; a door side hinge bracket 16 having a door side attachment portion 17 attached to the side door 3 side; and a hinge pin 30 supporting the vehicle body side hinge bracket 12 and the door side hinge bracket 16 in a manner allowing the hinge brackets to rotate with respect to each other. The vehicle side door hinge structure comprises a connecting pipe 2 for connecting the upper and lower hinges 11U and 11L. The door side hinge bracket 16 can be attached to and detached from the vehicle body side hinge bracket 12 in an axial direction of the hinge pin 30 at a shaft support portion 20 where the hinge pin 30 is located.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】連結パイプの影響を受けることなく車体に対してサイドドアを容易に脱着すること。【解決手段】車体骨格部材としてのヒンジピラー1とサイドドア3の基端とに、上下に離間して取り付けられる上下一対のヒンジ11U,11Lを備え、ヒンジ11U,11Lは、ヒンジピラー1の側に取り付けられる車体側取付け部13を有する車体側ヒンジブラケット12と、サイドドア3の側に取り付けられるドア側取付け部17を有するドア側ヒンジブラケット16と、上記車体側および上記ドア側のヒンジブラケット12.16同士を回動可能に軸支するヒンジピン30と、を備え、上下のヒンジ11U,11L同士を連結させる連結パイプ2を備え、ヒンジピン30が位置する軸支部20において、車体側ヒンジブラケット12に対してドア側ヒンジブラケット16をヒンジピン30の軸方向に着脱可能に構成した。【選択図】図1
