PAVEMENT MATERIAL FOR NATURALLY DERIVED DEBRIS AND WOOD CHIP PAVEMENT
To realize low cost of wood chip pavement that can be installed outdoors such as promenades and play ground, and places where people walk, such as passages in commercial facilities, and provide measures against mud splashes and mud, maintaining natural landscapes such as weed control, and indoor natural landscapes.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an inexpensive wood chip pavement by using magnesium oxide, which is used as a fixing material for wood chips in a pavement material and an adhesion promoting material that fixative-reacts in a short time of several minutes to several tens of minutes, and being installed in an optimal pavement method. Furthermore, since the pavement material can be self-heated with chemical reaction heat generation of the fixing material and the adhesion promoting material, installation can be performed in several minutes to several tens of minutes even at in a cold region or in winter, and a construction period of the wood chip pavement in the cold region can be significantly reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】遊歩道や運動場などの屋外や、商業施設内の通路等の人が歩く場所への施工が可能で、泥はねやぬかるみの対策、雑草対策等の自然な景観の維持や、屋内での自然な景観を提供するウッドチップ舗装の低コスト化を実現する。【解決手段】本発明では、舗装材のウッドチップの固着材として使用する酸化マグネシウムと、数分~数十分の短時間で固着反応する固着促進材を使用することと、最適な舗装工法で施工することで、ウッドチップ舗装の工期を大幅に低減することにより、安価なウッドチップ舗装を提供できる。さらに、固着材と固着促進材の化学反応発熱で舗装材を自己加温できるので、寒冷地や冬季においても、数分~数十分の短時間で施工でき、寒冷地でのウッドチップ舗装の工期を大幅に低減できる。【選択図】図3
