To provide a ceramic sealing component excellent in airtight characteristics and productivity.SOLUTION: In a ceramic sealing component for joining a ceramic part and a metal part, a metal stationary plate located between the ceramic part and the metal part is joined to the ceramic part by an active metal layer and joined to the metal part by a brazing filler metal. The metal part may be heat-bonded after the metal stationary plate is heat-bonded by the active metal layer formed on the ceramic part. Alternatively, the ceramic part, the metal stationary plate and the metal part may be heat-bonded at the same time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】気密特性と生産性に優れたセラミックス封着部品を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス部品と金属部品を接合するセラミックス封着部品において、セラミックス部品と金属部品の中間にある金属固定板が、セラミックス部品とは活性金属層により接合されており、金属部品とはろう材により接合されていることを特徴とする。セラミックス部品上に形成した活性金属層により金属固定板を加熱接合した後に金属部品を加熱接合することも、セラミックス部品と金属固定板と金属部品を同時に加熱接合することも可能である。【選択図】図１
