To provide a ceramic sealing component having excellent air tightness property and productivity, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: In a ceramic sealing component having a ceramic component and a metal component joined by using an active metal brazing material, a side face of a flange part at a tip of the metal component and an end face of the ceramic component are joined by using the active metal brazing material, and a ratio Lb/Tc of a joining distance Lb between the active metal brazing material and an underlying face of the flange part in a thickness Tc of the ceramic component is 0.3 or more. Moreover, the ceramic sealing component is manufactured by joining in a manner that Lb/Tc becomes 0.3 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】気密特性と生産性に優れたセラミックス封着部品およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス部品と金属部品を活性金属ろう材で接合するセラミックス封着部品において、金属部品の先端にあるフランジ部分の側面とセラミックス部品端面が活性金属ろう材により接合しており、活性金属ろう材とフランジ部分の下面との接合距離Lbがセラミックス部品の厚さTcに占める割合であるLb/Tcが、0.3以上である。また、Lb/Tcが、0.3以上になるように接合してセラミックス封着部品を製造する。【選択図】図1
