GRINDING AND CLEANING METHOD
To provide a grinding and cleaning method for grinding and cleaning a haunch surface and a ceiling surface of a frame type structure without bringing a grinding and cleaning head into contact with a wall surface of the frame type structure having the haunch surface in grinding and cleaning the wall surface.SOLUTION: When a tunnel having a haunch surface WSh is ground and cleaned, a ground and cleaned end position Phe of the haunch surface WSh is set at a position where the outer peripheral end of a grinding and cleaning head 17 does not come into contact with a roof surface WSt, and a grinding and cleaning start position Pts1 of the roof surface WSt is set at a position where the outer peripheral end of the grinding and cleaning head 17 does not come into contact with the haunch surface WSh to automatically grind and clean the haunch surface WSh and the roof surface WSt. This makes it possible to prevent the outer peripheral end of the grinding and cleaning head 17 from coming into contact with the roof surface WSt when the grinding and cleaning head 17 reaches the ground and cleaned end position Phe of the haunch surface WSh. 【課題】ハンチ面を有する枠型構造体の壁面の研掃処理に際して、研掃ヘッドを壁面に接触させることなく、枠型構造体のハンチ面および天井面を研掃する研掃方法を提供する。【解決手段】ハンチ面ＷＳｈを有するトンネルの研掃処理に際して、ハンチ面ＷＳｈの研掃終了位置Ｐｈｅを研掃ヘッド１７の外周端部が天井面ＷＳｔに接触しない位置に設定するとともに、天井面ＷＳｔの研掃開始位置Ｐｔｓ１を研掃ヘッド１７の外周端部がハンチ面ＷＳｈに接触しない位置に設定してハンチ面ＷＳｈおよび天井面ＷＳｔを自動研掃する。これにより、研掃ヘッド１７がハンチ面ＷＳｈの研掃終了位置Ｐｈｅに到達したときに研掃ヘッド１７の外周端部が天井面ＷＳｔに接触しないようにできる。また、研掃ヘッド１７を天井面ＷＳｔの研掃開始位置Ｐｔｓ１に押し付けたときに研掃ヘッド１７の外周端部がハンチ面ＷＳｈに接触しないようにできる。【選択図】図２５
