MAINTENANCE SPACE SECURING METHOD FOR CEILING INSTALLATION

To provide a maintenance space securing method for a ceiling installation capable of securing a maintenance space of the ceiling installation in simple configuration.SOLUTION: A maintenance space securing method includes an installation step of installing a space securing component in a maintenance space of a ceiling installation during a construction period for a peripheral installation of the ceiling installation. Typically, the ceiling installation comprises, on a side face, an opening/closing cover for maintenance which is opened toward the maintenance space. The space securing component comprises a wire frame constituting a skeleton of a contour, and a fixing member configured to protrude from the contour. In the installation step, the space securing component is disposed in such a manner that the fixing member is suspended from an upper side of the opening/closing cover for maintenance to a rear side in a state where the opening/closing cover for maintenance is opened. The opening/closing cover for maintenance is closed and the fixing member is clamped, thereby fixing the space securing component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】簡易な構成で天井設備の保守スペースを確保することのできる天井設備の保守スペース確保方法を提供する。【解決手段】保守スペース確保方法は、天井設備の周辺設備の施工期間に、天井設備の保守スペースに空間確保部品を設置する設置工程を備える。典型的には、天井設備は、保守スペースに向かって開口する保守用開閉カバーを側面に有している。空間確保部品は、外形の骨格を構成するワイヤーフレームと、外形から突出するように構成された固定用部材と、を備える。設置工程では、保守用開閉カバーを開けた状態で、固定用部材が保守用開閉カバーの上辺から裏側に垂れ下がるように空間確保部品を配置する。そして、保守用開閉カバーを閉めて固定用部材を挟み込むことにより、空間確保部品を固定する。【選択図】図１
