To eliminate a gap between peripheral surfaces of bagging units easily, and to improve a bearing force (toughening) of a foundation consolidation structure while effectively suppressing suction and corrosion of sediment.SOLUTION: A plurality of bagging units 10 and a fiber filling cushioning material 30 are combined, the filling cushioning material 30 is filled in a gap S formed between the plurality of bagging units 10 precedently laid on a seabed, and an integrally structured foundation consolidation structure 60 is formed by inseparably connecting the gap between these members 10 and 30 by a connection member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】袋詰ユニットの周面間の隙間を簡易に解消できて、土砂の吸出しと洗掘を効果的に抑制しつつ、根固め構造体の耐力（強靭化）の向上を図ること。【解決手段】複数の袋詰ユニット１０と繊維製の間詰緩衝材３０を併用し、海底地盤に先行敷設した複数の袋詰ユニット１０の間に形成される隙間Ｓ内に間詰緩衝材３０を間詰めし、これらの部材１０,３０の間を連結材５０で離隔不能に連結して一体構造の根固め構造体６０を形成する。【選択図】図１
