To provide a residence allowing heat insulation in a rise part of a foundation to be improved without any special design to prevent interference with a strut.SOLUTION: A residence 1 comprises a foundation 2 and a wall 3 arranged thereon. The foundation 2 includes a rise part 5 projected from the ground G so as to surround an underfloor space 6. A foundation decorative panel 10 is placed on an outer surface 5o toward an outside of a building of the rise part 5. A ventilation layer 12 having a gap through which air is able to pass is formed between the outer surface 5o of the rise part 5 and the foundation decorative panel 10. The foundation decorative panel 10 is separated apart from the ground G and the outer wall 3 so as to allow fresh air to be in communication with an upper part 12a and a lower part 12b of the ventilation layer 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】束との干渉を避ける設計上の工夫を必要とせずに、基礎の立ち上がり部の断熱性を高めうる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】基礎２とその上に配された外壁３とを有する住宅１である。基礎２は、床下空間６を囲むように地面Ｇから突出した立ち上がり部５を含む。記立ち上がり部５の建物外側を向く外面５ｏには、基礎化粧パネル１０が配されている。立ち上がり部５の外面５ｏと基礎化粧パネル１０との間には、空気が通過可能な隙間からなる通気層１２が形成されている。基礎化粧パネル１０は、通気層１２の上部１２ａ及び下部１２ｂが、外気と連通可能なように、地面Ｇ及び外壁３から離隔している。【選択図】図１
