To provide a flooding prevention cover which easily and reliably seals the whole of a vehicle and can protect the vehicle from water damage, and a methods for use of this flooding prevention cover.SOLUTION: A flooding prevention cover 1 envelops covers the whole of a vehicle 90 and can protect the vehicle 90 from water damage. The cover has a top face waterproof sheet 10 and an undersurface waterproof sheet 20 that are substantially rectangular and have a same outer shape. The top face waterproof sheet 10 and the undersurface waterproof sheet 20 are tightly sealed over the whole of outer marginal parts 10a, 20a. The top face waterproof sheet 10 is provided with a vehicle evacuation exit 30 which is opened into U-shape by a fastener 11, and the vehicle 90 can be put into an evacuation space, which is formed between the top face waterproof sheet 10 and the undersurface waterproof sheet 20, from the vehicle evacuation exit 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】車両全体を容易かつ確実に密閉して、水害から車両を守ることのできる冠水防止カバー、及びこの冠水防止カバーの使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両９０全体を包み込み、水害から車両９０を守ることのできる冠水防止カバー１である。略長方形状かつ同一外形の上面防水シート１０と下面防水シート２０とを有し、上面防水シート１０と下面防水シート２０とは、外縁部１０ａ、２０ａ全体に亘り密着されている。上面防水シート１０には、ファスナー１１によりコ字状に開く車両待避口３０が設けられ、車両待避口３０より車両９０を上面防水シート１０と下面防水シート２０との間に形成される待避空間に入れることができる。【選択図】図５
