PRODUCTION METHOD AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL STONE
To provide a production method and a construction method of artificial stone, eliminating steps of installation, curing, demolding and crushing, and eliminating the need for a temporary storage yard, by reducing conventional steps to improve workability.SOLUTION: The method of producing artificial stone, comprises mixing step S03 of mixing mud, steel slag and a binder according to a prescribed blend ratio, feeding step S10 of feeding the whole mixed material before solidification at once or feeding the mixed material before solidification in divided portions onto an underwater position where artificial stone is used, subsequent to confirming that the mixed material prepared by the mixing step is equal to or below the specified slump, and underwater curing step S11 of curing the mixed material fed onto the underwater position where the artificial stone is used, until the mixed material shows specified strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の工程を削減して作業性を向上させ、打設・養生・脱型・破砕の各工程および仮置き用ヤードが不要な人工石の製造方法および施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】この人工石の製造方法は、泥土と製鋼スラグと結合材とを所定の配合割合で混合する混合工程S03と、前記混合による混合材料が所定のスランプ以下であることを確認した後に、固結前の混合材料を一体的にまたは分割して人工石の水中使用位置に投入する投入工程S10と、水中使用位置に投入された混合材料が所定の強度を発現するまで混合材料を水中で養生する水中養生工程S11と、を含む。【選択図】図1
