WASTE TREATMENT APPARATUS AND WASTE TREATMENT METHOD
To provide a waste treatment apparatus and a waste treatment method which can efficiently take out heat energy from chlorine-containing wastes, thereby capable of reducing fuel cost and facility cost and capable of widening a utilization range of the chlorine-containing wastes.SOLUTION: The waste treatment apparatus comprises: sorting means that sorts chlorine-containing wastes into chlorine-containing materials (A) and chlorine-containing materials (B) which are smaller in mass of chlorine than the chlorine-containing materials (A); heating means that heats the sorted chlorine-containing materials (A) to obtain heating residues and gas generated by heating; absorbing/capturing means that feeds the gas generated by heating to an absorbing liquid to make the absorbing liquid absorb and capture organic ingredients and hydrogen chloride; absorbing liquid treating means that separates the organic ingredients from the absorbing liquid used by the absorbing/capturing means, and discharges the absorbing liquid containing chlorine out of a system or reuses the liquid as hydrochloric acid; and gas-detoxifying means that detoxifies gas containing the organic ingredients ejected from the absorbing/capturing means.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】塩素含有廃棄物から効率よく熱エネルギーを取り出し、燃料負担及び設備負担を軽減することができ、また塩素含有廃棄物の活用範囲を広げることができる廃棄物処理装置及び廃棄物処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】塩素を含む混合廃棄物を、塩素含有物（Ａ）と、前記塩素含有物（Ａ）よりも塩素質量が少ない塩素含有物（Ｂ）とに選別する選別手段と、選別された前記塩素含有物（Ａ）を加熱し、加熱残渣及び加熱発生ガスを得る加熱手段と、前記加熱発生ガスを吸収液に通じ、該吸収液に有機成分及び塩化水素を吸収させ、捕捉させる吸収・捕捉手段と、前記吸収・捕捉手段で使用された前記吸収液から有機成分を分離し、塩素を含む前記吸収液を系外に放出、または塩酸として再利用する吸収液処理手段と、前記吸収・捕捉手段から排出された、有機成分を含むガスを無害化するガス無害化手段とを含む廃棄物処理装置。【選択図】なし
