GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE
To greatly reduce the time and labor required for replacement work of a rock auger device and an agitating device.SOLUTION: In a present invention, a prior excavation of the ground (2) is performed using a rock auger device (16) comprising a casing (18) having an excavating edge (22) and a screw auger (19) inserted into the casing (18). Then, the casing (18) of the rock auger device (16) and a tip portion of the screw auger (19) (a tip side casing body (21) and a tip side screw (24)) are separated. An outer shaft (32) of an agitating device (17) is connected to the casing (18) (base side casing main body (20)) from which the tip portion is separated. An inner shaft (31) of the agitating device (17) is connected to the screw auger (19) (base side screw (23)) from which the tip portion is separated.
