To provide plate-like roof material allowing problems that adjustment of overlapping margin for plain tiles is difficult because of the variation of the overlapping margin, and that accurately securing the overlapping margin is difficult because of deviation of a waterproof joint material in a rotational direction around a nail as a center upon nailing during construction to be solved.SOLUTION: A plate-like roof material of the present invention comprises a plate-like body and a joint plate, wherein the joint plate is placed on a lower part of an abutment part of a side end part of the plate-like body, the joint plate having a projecting piece A projecting to a lower surface side for determining a motion length and a projecting piece B projecting to an upper surface side for determining a motion length, and the plate-like body comprises a reference part A for determining a body motion length and a reference part B for determining a body motion length, to determine a specific motion length by making the reference part A for determining the body motion length of the plate-like body at a lower one abut the projecting piece A for determining the motion length of the joint plate at an upper one upon consecutive installation and by making the reference part B for determining the body motion length of the plate-like body at the upper one abut the projecting piece B for determining the motion length of the joint plate at the upper one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】平板瓦の重ね代の調整は、重ね代のばらつきが大きく、精度の高い重ね代の確保が難しい。また、施工での釘止付け時には釘を中心に防水連結材が回転方向でずれるので精度の高い重ね代の確保が難しいという課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の板状屋根材は、板状本体とジョイント板からなり、ジョイント板は板状本体の側端部の当接部の下方に設け、ジョイント板には下面側に突出した働き長さ位置決め突片Aと上面側に突出した働き長さ位置決め突片Bを有し、板状本体には本体働き長さ位置決め基準部Aと本体働き長さ位置決め基準部Bを有し、段葺きの際に、下段の板状本体の本体働き長さ位置決め基準部Aと上段のジョイント板の前記働き長さ位置決め突片Aを当て止めし、上段の板状本体の本体働き長さ位置決め基準部Bと上段のジョイント板の働き長さ位置決め突片Bを当て止めすることで規定の働き長さを決定する。【選択図】 図5
