To solve the problem that in a plate-like roof material, if rainwater blows into a lower side of the roof material, the rainwater penetrates through a binding material from a binding hole on the lower side of the roof material to the inside of a baseboard.SOLUTION: A plate-like roof material of the present invention is laid directly on a roofing and secured to a roof substrate with a binding material. A lower surface of the plate-like roof material is a grid shape with a plurality of rectangular concave surfaces at regular intervals, a bottom side has a plurality of binding holes, the lower surface has a water stop closer to the bottom side than the binding hole, and both ends of the water stop have a concave drainage section. When the plate-like roof material is laid, the water stop is grounded to an upper surface of the roofing and the drainage section is separated from the upper surface of the roofing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】板状屋根材において、屋根材の下面側に雨水が吹き込んでしまった場合、屋根材下面の緊結穴から緊結材を伝って雨水が野地板内部に浸入してしまうという課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の板状屋根材は、ルーフィング上に直接敷設して緊結材で前記屋根下地に固定し、板状屋根材の下面には矩形の凹面を一定間隔で複数個設けた格子状とし、尻側には複数の緊結穴を設け、下面には緊結穴よりも尻側に水上止水部を設け、水上止水部の両端には凹面の水抜き部を設け、板状屋根材を敷設した際に水上止水部はルーフィング上面と接地し、水抜き部はルーフィング上面より離隔する。【選択図】 図1
