To provide a scouring prevention construction member, a scouring prevention construction and a construction method thereof, easy to construct and capable of preventing sucking-out of sediment from gaps of infilling bodies.SOLUTION: In a scouring prevention construction 3, a suction-proof sheet 9 is laid under bagging bodies 4, larger than a water bottom setting surface of the bagging bodies 4, one end 9a of the suction-proof 9 of one of adjacent bagging bodies 4 is laid under the other bagging body 4 along a water bottom surface 1, and the other end 9b of the suction-proof sheet 9 of the other bagging body 4 is covered on an outer face of the one bagging body 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
