To provide a scouring prevention structure which can efficiently prevent movement of a bagged body caused by external force acting on a water bottom due to waves and water flow, and a construction method of the same.SOLUTION: A scouring prevention structure 4 includes an annular scouring prevention body 10, where adjacent bagged bodies 5 and 5 which are continuously laid in the circumferential direction of an underwater structure 3 are connected by connection bodies 8 and 9, on the outermost peripheral part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
