SINTERED GRAPHITE BEARING
CONSTITUTION: To provide a sintered graphite bearing that is composed of three kinds of resins of fluorine resin, thermoplastic resin other than fluorine resin, and thermoset resin, and a sintered body containing graphite and metal phosphate, where the sintered body does not contain metal powder.EFFECT: A sintered graphite bearing has excellent strength and abrasion resistance, has a ratio of axial strength to radial strength close to 1, and can be sintered into a nearly net shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【構成】 この発明の焼結黒鉛軸受は、フッ素樹脂、フッ素樹脂以外の熱可塑性樹脂、及び熱硬化性樹脂の3種類の樹脂と、黒鉛、及び金属リン酸塩を含有する焼結体から成り、かつ焼結体は金属粉を含まない。【効果】 焼結黒鉛軸受は、強度と耐摩耗性能に優れ、かつ軸方向と半径方向との強度の比が1に近く、さらにほぼネットシェイプに焼結できる。【選択図】 図1
