To provide fixing hardware and a building provided with the fixing hardware that allows the stiffness of an inner wall to contribute to the stiffness of a structural skeleton of the building.SOLUTION: Fixing hardware 40 is used to fix an inner wall 30 arranged below a beam 20 having a flange part 21 on a lower part thereof, being provided with: a first fixing part 41 fixed on the beam 20 with a bolt 16a; a second fixing part 42 fixed on the inner wall 30 or a runner 11 holding the inner wall 30 with a bolt 16b; and a connection part 43 connecting the first fixing part 41 and the second fixing part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
