    To provide a solidification material for radioactive waste disposal that can solidify in a short time liquid of radioactive waste containing sodium sulfate.SOLUTION: A solidification material for radioactive waste disposal used to solidify radioactive waste containing sodium sulfate includes a cement-based mixture containing at least cement, a solidification promoter for promoting solidification of the radioactive waste with the cement-based mixture, and an expansive additive that prevents contraction of a solidified body that is the solidified radioactive waste. The solidification material contains potassium pyrosulfite as the solidification promoter in an amount of 15 weight% or more and 45 weight% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】硫酸ナトリウムを含有する放射性廃棄物の液体を短期間で固化可能な放射性廃棄物処理用固化材を提供する。【解決手段】硫酸ナトリウムを含有する放射性廃棄物の固化に使用される、放射性廃棄物処理用固化材は、セメントを少なくとも含有するセメント系混合物と、セメント系混合物による放射性廃棄物の固化を促進させる固化促進材と、放射性廃棄物が固化した固化体の収縮を抑制する膨張材を含み、固化促進材として、ピロ亜硫酸カリウムを１５重量％以上４５重量％以下含有する。【選択図】なし
