To provide a unit house which allows a space in a room unit to be effectively used by adopting a high-floor type structure.SOLUTION: A unit house is constituted by connecting a plurality of room units. The room unit has a plurality of column materials 13. A high-floor column base is detachably fitted to a bottom of the column material 13 of the room unit so that piping and wiring can be laid in an underfloor space provided by the high-floor column bases. Consequently, necessary piping and wiring can be laid without narrowing an effective space in the room unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本願発明によるユニットハウスは、高床式とすることにより、室ユニット内の空間の有効利用を図ることができるユニットハウスを提供すること、を目的とする。【解決手段】本願発明によるユニットハウスによると、複数個の室ユニットを連結することにより構成され、上記室ユニットは複数本の柱材１３を備え、上記室ユニットの上記柱材１３の下には高床用柱脚が着脱可能に取り付けられていて、上記高床用柱脚により提供される床下に配管、配線を敷設可能にしたので、室ユニット内の有効空間を狭めることなく必要な配管、配線を行うことができる。【選択図】図１
