To provide a non-fired basic brick excellent in corrosion resistance, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A method of producing a non-fired basic brick comprises a step of kneading a refractory raw material composition containing at least one species of magnesia of a particle diameter of smaller than 75 μm and magnesite chrome of a particle diameter of smaller than 75 μm in an aggregate amount of 0.2 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less, and silica of a particle diameter of smaller than 75 μm in an amount of 0.3 mass% or more and 2.5 mass% or less, subsequent to adding water thereto, a step of press-molding the kneaded product, and a step of heat-treating the same at a temperature of 60°C or higher and 1000°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐食性に優れた不焼成塩基性れんが及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】粒径７５μｍ未満のマグネシア及び粒径７５μｍ未満のマグクロのうち少なくとも一種を合計で０．２質量％以上３０質量％以下、並びに粒径７５μｍ未満のシリカを０．３質量％以上２．５質量％以下含有する耐火原料配合物に、水を添加して混練し、プレス成形後、６０℃以上１０００℃以下の温度で熱処理を行う。【選択図】図１
