CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE FORMWORK CONSTRUCTING TWO DIFFERENT FACES
To provide a connection structure of a concrete formwork constructing two different faces with relatively simple shape and combination structure of a member used and sufficiently high strength against stress acting on pouring concrete.SOLUTION: In a connection structure 1 of a concrete formwork constructing two different faces using an exterior material and formwork panel, an exterior material 2 extending in the height direction is arranged on the outermost side of a corner where two different faces intersect, attachment parts 10 of multiple fasteners or interval holding members are provided at given intervals in the width direction and the height direction, an angle material 4 extending on two different faces is provided at given intervals in the height direction on the inner side of a reinforcing plate material 3 fixed across two different faces, and at the corner, a fastener 5 extending inward from a fixing part 22 provided on the exterior material 2 penetrates the attachment part 10 and fixes the reinforcing plate material 3 and the angle material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】用いる部材の形状や組み合わせ構造が比較的簡易であって、コンクリートの打設にて作用する応力に対しても十分に高い強度を備えている異なる二面を構築するコンクリート型枠の接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、外装材兼用型枠パネルを用いて異なる二面を構築するコンクリート型枠の接続構造１であって、異なる二面が交差するコーナー部分の最外側には高さ方向に延在する外装材２が配設され、複数の締着材又は間隔保持部材の取付部１０が幅方向及び高さ方向に一定間隔で備えられ、異なる二面に跨るように固定される補強板材３の内面側に、異なる二面にそれぞれ延在するアングル材４が高さ方向に所定間隔で取り付けられ、前記コーナー部分では、外装材２に設けた定着部２２から内側へ延在させた締着材５が、取付部１０を貫通すると共に補強板材３及びアングル材４を固定していることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
