Provided are; a formwork unit suitable for efficiently forming a concrete structure; and a construction method. This formwork unit, which is a formwork unit for pouring concrete, is provided with: at least one embedded panel; and at least one fixture that has an end face for abutting the embedded panel, is screwed and fixed at the end face to the embedded panel, and can be connected to an assembly location side connection member. It is desirable for the faces installed facing the inside of a concrete filling partition among the faces of the embedded panels to include faces having improved adhesiveness.
