RAINWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an early rainwater treatment apparatus for preventing the floatation of impurities to prevent impurities collected in the bottom inside a manhole from floating or scattering by an eddy tank placed inside the manhole. According to the present invention, the early rainwater treatment apparatus for preventing the floatation of impurities comprises: a manhole (10) having a rainwater inlet joined to a rainwater inlet pipe (11), a rainwater outlet, and a manhole cover (13) joined to the top of the manhole (10) to allow rainwater to flow in from the outside and to discharge rainwater from which impurities have been removed; an eddy tank (20) having a cylindrical eddy forming part (21) placed inside the body of the manhole (10), an inlet groove (22) connected to the inlet of the manhole (10) through the eddy forming part (21) to allow rainwater to flow in, and a fine through-hole (23) formed on the surface of the eddy forming part (21) to block impurities and to allow rainwater to pass through, wherein the eddy tank (20) forms an eddy of the rainwater and collects the impurities in the bottom; an impurity floatation prevention member (30) to prevent the floatation of impurities; and a fixating member (40) of which one end is fixated to the impurity floatation prevention member (30) and of which the other end is fixated to the top of the manhole (10) or the top of the eddy tank (20).
본 발명은 맨홀의 내부에 위치하는 와류조에 의해서 하부에 모이는 협작물의 부상하거나 또는 흩어지는 것을 방지하여 할 수 있는 협작물의 부상을 방지하는 초기우수 처리장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 협작물의 부상을 방지하는 초기우수 처리장치는, 상부가 개구된 함체로서 측벽에 외부의 우수가 유입되는 우수유입관(11)이 결합되는 우수유입부, 내부의 우수를 외부로 배출하는 우수배출관(12)이 결합되는 우수유출부 및 맨홀(10)의 상부에 결합되는 맨홀덮개(13)가 형성되어 외부로부터 우수가 유입되고, 협작물이 제거된 우수가 배출되는 맨홀(10)과; 맨홀(10) 몸체의 내부에 위치하는 원통형상의 와류형성부(21)와, 와류형성부(21)를 관통하여 내측표면을 향하도록 형성되고 맨홀(10)의 유입부에 연결되어 우수가 유입되는 유입홈(22)과, 와류형성부(21)의 표면에 형성되어 협작물을 차단하고 우수를 통과시키는 미세 관통공(23)이 형성되어 유입된 우수의 와류를 형성하면서 협작물을 바닥으로 모으는 와류조(20)와; 협작물이 부상하는 것을 방지하는 협작물 부상방지부재(30);를 포함하는 통상의 협작물의 부상을 방지하는 초기우수 처리장치에 있어서, 일단이 협작물 부상방지부재(30)에 고정되고 타단이 와류조(20)의 상부 또는 맨홀(10)의 상부에 고정되는 고정부재(40)를 더 포함하며, 협작물 부상방지부재(30)는 와류조(20) 또는 맨홀(10)의 바닥면에서 소정거리 이격되고, 외주면도 와류조(20)의 내측면에서 소정거리 이격된 상태로 위치하며 하방을 향하도록 경사진 원뿔형상으로 형성된 협작물 차단판(31)과, 차단판의 표면에 형성되면서 와류조(20)의 미세 관통공(23)보다 직경보다 작게 형성된 다수의 우수유동홀(32)과, 협작물 차단판(31)의 하부에서 바닥면으로 연장되어 협작물 차단판(31)의 높이를 유지하는 금속봉으로 이루어진 지지대(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
