NON-FLAMMABLE FRP PANEL COMPOSITION USING COMPLEX MATERIAL AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE USING THEREOF
Provided are a non-flammable FRP panel composition and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a phenol resin, 50 to 80 parts by weight of composite fiber; 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a lightweight material; 5 to 30 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of re-emulsifying polymer powder; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol powder; 3 to 15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; 3 to 6 parts by weight of a releasing agent; and 2 to 20 parts by weight of a binder. The composition of the present invention prevents a situation that the combustion occurs at the same time when heat and fire occur, thereby preventing a secondary accident, and also being environmental friendly, and having excellent repairing and reinforcing performance.
본 발명은 페놀수지 100중량부를 기준으로, 복합섬유 50 내지 80중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 경량재 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 난연제 3 내지 15중량부; 이형제 3 내지 6중량부; 및 바인더 2 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 불연 FRP 패널조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 불연 FRP 패널조성물은 열 및 화재발생시 일시에 연소되는 상황을 방지하여 2차 사고를 예방할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 친환경적이며, 보수 및/또는 보강성이 우수하다.
