HYBRID FRP PANEL COMPOSITION COMPRISING MORTAR AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE USING THEREOF
The present invention provides an FRP panel composition and a construction method using the same, wherein the FRP panel composition comprises: with respect to 100 parts by weight of mortar, 50 to 80 parts by weight of a composite fiber; 30 to 90 parts by weight of a phenolic resin; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a lightweight material; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a nano ceramic particle; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a transformation prevention material; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a redispersible polymer powder; 3 to 15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; 3 to 6 parts by weight of a releasing agent; 2 to 20 parts by weight of a binder; 2 to 20 parts by weight of a hardening agent; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a modification silane silicate; and 2 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer. The FRP panel composition according to the present invention improves fire resistance, water resistance, strength, and the like, and simultaneously, has excellent repair and/or reinforcement properties by using mortar, a phenolic resin, and a composite material such as a basalt fiber and a glass fiber.
본 발명은 모르타르 100중량부 기준으로, 복합섬유 50 내지 80중량부; 페놀수지 30 내지 90중량부; 경량재 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 변형방지제 10 내지 30중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 난연제 3 내지 15중량부; 이형제 3 내지 6중량부; 바인더 2 내지 20중량부; 경화제 2 내지 20중량부; 변성실란실리케이트 5 내지 20중량부; 및 안정제 2 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 FRP 패널조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 FRP 패널조성물은 모르타르, 페놀수지 및 복합소재, 예를 들면 현무암 섬유 및 유리섬유 복합소재를 이용하여 내화성, 방수성 및 강도 등을 향상시키는 동시에 보수 및/또는 보강성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
