FRP PANEL COMPOSITION USING COMPLEX MATERIAL AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE USING THEREOF
The present invention provides an FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) panel composition, which comprises 50-80 parts by weight of composite fibers; 5-30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 1-10 parts by weight of light-weight materials; 5-30 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 0.1-10 parts by weight of re-emulsifiable polymer powder; 0.1-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol powder; 3-15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; 3-6 parts by weight of a release agent; 2-20 parts by weight of a binder; 2-20 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 2-20 parts by weight of a curing agent; and 2-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer, based on 100 parts by weight of a phenolic resin, and a construction method using the same. The FRP panel composition according to the present invention uses basalt fiber and glass fiber composite materials and thus is eco-friendly, improves flame resistance and strength, and provides excellent repairing and/or reinforcing characteristics.
본 발명은 페놀수지 100중량부를 기준으로, 복합섬유 50 내지 80중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 경량재 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 난연제 3 내지 15중량부; 이형제 3 내지 6중량부; 바인더 2 내지 20중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 2 내지 20중량부; 경화제 2 내지 20중량부; 및 안정제 2 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 FRP 패널조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 FRP 패널조성물은 복합소재, 예를 들면 현무암 섬유 및 유리섬유 복합소재를 이용하여 친환경적이며, 내화성 및 강도 등을 향상시키는 동시에 보수 및/또는 보강성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
