ECO-FRIENDLY QUICK HARDENING REPAIRING MORTAR COMPOSITION USING SEAWEEDS AND CONSTRUCTING METHODS USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly rapid hardening mortar composition for repair with seaweed, which comprises: 10 to 60 parts by weight of seaweed; 20 to 80 parts by weight of methylmethacrylate; 10 to 60 parts by weight of a prepolymer; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent; 10 to 20 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 5 to 15 parts by weight of high functional powder; 5 to 10 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent; 1 to 5 parts by weight of an accelerating agent; and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a water reducing agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement, and to a construction method using the same. The eco-friendly rapid hardening mortar composition for repair using seaweed is capable of shortening the construction period by being rapidly hardened during construction and providing sufficient compressive strength, bending strength, bonding strength and durability which are required to be a mortar composition.
