Quick-hardening Blended Cement Composition Using Seaweeds and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to an ultra-rapid hardening blended cement composition and to a constructing method using the same. The ultra-rapid hardening blended cement composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement: 5 to 50 parts by weight of seaweeds; 20 to 80 parts by weight of an acrylic resin; 10 to 60 parts by weight of a polymer dispersion; 1 to 15 parts by weight of absorbent polymers; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent; 10 to 100 parts by weight of ash; 10 to 70 parts by weight of slag; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a retarding agent; 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of a water repellent; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high-performance water reducing agent. The present invention provides an ultra-rapid hardening blended cement composition that has strength greater than or equal to the strength of traditional cement while improving a working environment and reducing environmental pollution, and can be applied to uses requiring rapid hardening owing to the rapid hardening property of the blended cement composition.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 해조류 5 내지 50중량부; 아크릴계 수지 20 내지 80중량부; 폴리머 디스퍼젼 10 내지 60중량부; 흡수성 폴리머 1 내지 15중량부; 경화제 5 내지 30중량부; 애시 10 내지 100중량부; 슬래그 10 내지 70중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 발수제 0.1 내지 3중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 초속경 혼합 시멘트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 신속히 경화되어 속경성이 요구되는 사용처에 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 초속경 혼합 시멘트 조성물을 제공한다.
