BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING PRECAST CONCRETE COLUMN WITH A PROGRESSIVE COLLAPSE PREVENTION MEANS
The present invention relates to a building construction method using precast concrete (PC) columns having progressive collapse prevention units. According to the present invention, the building construction method comprises: (a) a step of forming lower floor PC columns positioned in the lower part of a floor; (b) a step of forming upper floor PC columns integrated with the lower floor PC columns while having a structure in which progressive gravitational-collapse prevention parts are formed in the upper part of the lower floor PC columns; (c) a step of installing the integrated lower and upper floor PC columns by lifting and slabs with a spacer in the progressive gravitational-collapse prevention parts; (d) a step of installing the end of connection joint stiffness reinforcement members in the progressive gravitational-collapse prevention parts of the step (C) while being exposed to the outer circumference of the lower floor PC columns and the upper floor PC columns in parallel with slab stiffness reinforcement members inside the slabs; (e) a step of installing progressive collapse prevention members in connection portions between the connection joint stiffness reinforcement members and the slab stiffness reinforcement members; and (f) a step of placing and curing concrete in the progressive gravitational-collapse prevention parts and the slabs after step (e). The present invention prevents other floors and other spaces on the same floor from being progressively collapsed and minimizes the loss of lives in the collapse of a building.
본 발명은 연쇄붕괴방지수단이 구비된 PC기둥을 이용한 건축물 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면, (a)층간을 기준으로 하부에 위치하는 하부층 PC기둥 형성단계; (b)하부층 PC기둥 상부측에 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부를 형성하는 구조를 이루어 하부층 PC기둥과 일체형으로 형성되는 상부층 PC기둥 형성단계; (c)양중에 의해 일체형의 하부층 PC기둥 및 상부층 PC기둥을 설치하고, 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 측에 스페이서가 구비된 슬래브를 설치하는 단계; (d)상기 (c)단계에서의 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 측에 접합부 강성보강재의 단부가 하부층 PC기둥 및 상부층 PC기둥 외주연부 외측으로 노출되어 슬래브 내측의 슬래브 강성보강재와 나란하게 위치하도록 설치하는 단계; (e)접합부 강성보강재와 슬래브 강성보강재 연결부위에 연쇄붕괴방지부재를 구비하는 단계; 및 (f)(a) 내지 (e)단계 후, 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 및 슬래브 측에 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구현됨으로써, 건축물의 붕괴 시 다른 층 및 동일 층의 다른 공간이 연쇄적으로 붕괴되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 인명사고 등을 최소화할 수 있게 된다.

The present invention relates to a building construction method using precast concrete (PC) columns having progressive collapse prevention units. 본 발명은 연쇄붕괴방지수단이 구비된 PC기둥을 이용한 건축물 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면, (a)층간을 기준으로 하부에 위치하는 하부층 PC기둥 형성단계; (b)하부층 PC기둥 상부측에 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부를 형성하는 구조를 이루어 하부층 PC기둥과 일체형으로 형성되는 상부층 PC기둥 형성단계; (c)양중에 의해 일체형의 하부층 PC기둥 및 상부층 PC기둥을 설치하고, 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 측에 스페이서가 구비된 슬래브를 설치하는 단계; (d)상기 (c)단계에서의 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 측에 접합부 강성보강재의 단부가 하부층 PC기둥 및 상부층 PC기둥 외주연부 외측으로 노출되어 슬래브 내측의 슬래브 강성보강재와 나란하게 위치하도록 설치하는 단계; (e)접합부 강성보강재와 슬래브 강성보강재 연결부위에 연쇄붕괴방지부재를 구비하는 단계; 및 (f)(a) 내지 (e)단계 후, 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 및 슬래브 측에 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구현됨으로써, 건축물의 붕괴 시 다른 층 및 동일 층의 다른 공간이 연쇄적으로 붕괴되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 인명사고 등을 최소화할 수 있게 된다.
