PC BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING PRECAST COLUMN WITH A PROGRESSIVE COLLAPSE PREVENTION PART
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a building using a PC column equipped with a gravity direction progressive collapse prevention unit. The present invention comprises: (a) a step of forming a lower layer PC column which is built by a stacking construction in accordance with the height of a building and is positioned in the lower part from a space between floors; (b) a step of forming an upper layer PC column integrated with the lower layer PC column by having a structure having a gravity direction progressive collapse prevention unit in the upper side of the lower layer PC column at a predetermined interval; and (c) a step of installing the lower layer PC column and the upper layer PC column, integrated with each other, in the corresponding construction site by a lifting operation and installing a slab having a spacer in the gravity direction progressive collapse prevention unit. The present invention is able to improve work efficiency in order to easily and conveniently construct a building with consideration for an earthquake-proof structure while improving economical efficiency by reducing the amount of concrete usage.
본 발명은 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부가 구비된 PC기둥을 이용한 건축물 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, (a)건축물의 높이에 대응하여 적층 시공되되, 층간을 기준으로 하부에 위치하는 하부층 PC기둥 형성단계; (b)하부층 PC기둥 상부 측에 일정 간격의 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부를 형성하는 구조를 이루어 하부층 PC기둥과 일체형으로 형성되는 상부층 PC기둥 형성단계; 및 (c)일체형의 하부층 PC기둥 및 상부층 PC기둥을 양중에 의해 해당 건축현장에 설치하고, 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 측에 스페이서(spacer)가 구비된 슬래브(slab)를 설치하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구현함으로써, 콘크리트 사용량을 절감하여 경제성을 향상시키면서도 내진을 고려하여 쉽고 편리하게 건축물을 시공할 수 있도록 작업능률 등을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
