BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING PRECAST COLUMN WITH A PROGRESSIVE COLLAPSE PREVENTION PART INCLUDED IN RIGIDITY REINFORCEMENT MEANS
The present invention relates to a building construction method using a precast concrete (PC) column with a rigidity reinforcement means disposed on a progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity. The building construction method using a PC column with a rigidity reinforcement means disposed on a progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity comprises: (a) a lower layer PC column forming step of stacking lower layer PC columns which correspond to a height of a building and are positioned below a floor; (b) an upper layer PC column forming step of forming a structure forming a progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity on an upper side of the lower layer PC column separated from the upper side of the lower layer PC column to integrate an upper layer PC column into the lower layer PC column; (c) a step of installing the integrated lower layer PC column and upper layer PC column by lifting at a corresponding construction site, and installing a slab having a spacer disposed on a side of the progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity; (d) a step of installing a rigidity reinforcement means on the side of the progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity in step (c) to expose an end of the rigidity reinforcement means to the outside of outer circumferences of the lower layer PC column and the upper layer PC column to be positioned on the inside of the slab; and (e) a step of depositing and curing concrete on the progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity and a side of the slab. Rigidity of an end side of the slab positioned on the progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity is reinforced, and a crack in a joint of the PC column and the slab is prevented to improve durability.
본 발명은 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부에 강성보강수단이 구비된 PC기둥을 이용한 건축물 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, (a)건축물의 높이에 대응하여 적층 시공되되, 층간을 기준으로 하부에 위치하는 하부층 PC기둥 형성단계; (b)하부층 PC기둥 상부측에 일정 간격의 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부를 형성하는 구조를 이루어 하부층 PC기둥과 일체형으로 형성되는 상부층 PC기둥 형성단계; (c)해당 건축현장에서 양중에 의해 일체형의 하부층 PC기둥 및 상부층 PC기둥을 설치하고, 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 측에 스페이서(spacer)가 구비된 슬래브(slab)를 설치하는 단계; (d)(c)단계에서의 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 측에 강성보강수단의 단부가 하부층 PC기둥 및 상부층 PC기둥 외주연부 외측으로 노출되어 슬래브 내측에 위치하도록 설치하는 단계; 및 (e) 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부 및 슬래브 측에 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구현됨으로써, 중력방향 연쇄붕괴 방지부에 위치한 슬래브의 단부 측 강성을 보강함과 아울러 PC기둥체와 슬래브의 접합부에서 균열이 발생하는 것을 방지하여 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

Rigidity of an end side of the slab positioned on the progressive collapse prevention part in the direction of gravity is reinforced, and a crack in a joint of the PC column and the slab is prevented to improve durability.
