INSULATOR INTEGRATED LIGHT STONE PANNEL STRUCTURE AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an insulator-integrated light stone panel structure and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an insulator-integrated light stone panel structure and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the insulator-integrated light stone panel structure is cost effective due to the cheap unit costs, is ultralight to prevent the application of a heavy load to a building, and facilitates the construction, maintenance, and repair, thereby being efficiently used for an exterior material for the finish of a building. To achieve this, the insulator-integrated light stone panel structure comprises a very thin stone panel, a polyurethane insulation layer attached to the stone panel by an adhesion layer, and an H-shaped fixing bar fixed to the stone panel to be coupled to an L-shaped adjustment plate. According to the present invention, the insulator-integrated light stone panel structure makes a finish work on an outer wall for all kinds of buildings rapid and simple by integrating a predetermined thickness of an insulation layer with the stone panel formed of stones machined at predetermined size and thickness, thereby reducing construction periods and costs. Also, the finish material is cheap and cost effective, is ultralight to prevent the application of a heavy load to the building, and facilitates the maintenance and repair, thereby being efficiently used for the exterior material for the finish of the building.
본 발명은 단열재 일체형 경량 석재 패널 구조체 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로는 매우 얇은 두께의 석재 패널, 접착제층에 의해 석제 패널에 부착된 폴리우레탄 단열재층, 석재 패널에 고정되어 L자 형 조정판에 걸림 결합되는 h 형상의 고정 바로 이루어짐으로서, 단가가 저렴하여 경제적이면서도 초경량이어서 건물의 하중에 부담을 주지 않으며, 시공이 간편하고, 유지 보수가 용이여 건물의 마감용 외장재로 효율적으로 이용될 수 있는 단열재 일체형 경량 석재 패널 구조체 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단열재 일체형 경량 석재 패널 구조체에 의하면, 소정의 크기와 두께로 가공된 석재로 되는 석재 패널에 일정 두께의 단열층을 일체로 형성함으로써 각종 건축물의 외벽에 대한 마감 작업을 신속, 간편하게 시공할 수 있으므로 시공기간의 단축과 함께 시공비용을 절감할 수 있게 되는 등의 유용한 효과를 제공한다. 또한, 마감재의 단가가 저렴하여 경제적이면서도 초경량이어서 건물의 하중에 부담을 주지 않으며, 유지 보수가 용이하므로 건축물의 마감용 외장 작업에 효율적으로 이용될 수 있다.
