Insulator and Incombustible Board integrated Light Stone Pannel Structure
The present invention relates to a light stone panel structure integrated with an insulator and an incombustible board, which comprises: a plate-shaped stone panel having an anchor hole which is formed only on a flat surface at one side of the stone panel; a first adhesive layer applied onto the flat surface of the stone panel with the anchor hole; an insulation layer laminated on the first adhesive layer; a second adhesive layer applied to the insulation layer; and an incombustible mineral board laminated on the second adhesive layer. The light stone panel structure is provided with the incombustible mineral board as well as the insulator, and water repellency of the stone panel is improved.
본 발명은 단열재 및 불연보드 일체형 경량 석재 패널 구조체에 관한 것으로, 일측 평면에만 앙카홀이 형성된 판 형상의 석재 패널; 상기 앙카홀이 형성된 상기 석재 패널의 평면에 도포되는 제1 접착제층; 상기 제1 접착제층 위에 적층되는 단열층; 상기 단열층에 도포되는 제2 접착제층; 및 상기 제2 접착제층 위에 적층되는 불연무기질보드; 를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 단열재 뿐만 아니라 불연무기질보드를 구비하며, 석재 패널의 발수기능이 향상된 장점이 있다.

The light stone panel structure is provided with the incombustible mineral board as well as the insulator, and water repellency of the stone panel is improved.
본 발명은 단열재 및 불연보드 일체형 경량 석재 패널 구조체에 관한 것으로, 일측 평면에만 앙카홀이 형성된 판 형상의 석재 패널; 상기 앙카홀이 형성된 상기 석재 패널의 평면에 도포되는 제1 접착제층; 상기 제1 접착제층 위에 적층되는 단열층; 상기 단열층에 도포되는 제2 접착제층; 및 상기 제2 접착제층 위에 적층되는 불연무기질보드; 를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 단열재 뿐만 아니라 불연무기질보드를 구비하며, 석재 패널의 발수기능이 향상된 장점이 있다.
