The present invention relates to a galvanized iron plate and an insulator panel structure. The insulator panel structure includes: a galvanized iron plate formed with a space part therein; polyurethane foam filled in the space part of the galvanized iron plate; an adhesive layer applied onto the galvanized iron plate; and an outer panel stacked on the adhesive layer. Even when the thickness of the polyurethane foam used for an insulation layer exceeds 30 mm, the polyurethane foam is not bent so that a separate insulation layer is not doubly constructed. Therefore, costs are saved.
본 발명은 아연도 철판 및 단열재 패널 구조체에 관한 것으로, 내부에 공간부가 형성된 아연도 철판; 상기 아연도 철판의 공간부에 충진되는 폴리우레탄폼; 상기 아연도 철판 위에 도포되는 접착제층; 및 상기 접착제층 위에 적층되는 외장 패널;을 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 단열층에 사용되는 폴리우레탄폼의 두께가 30㎜를 초과하여도 폴리우레탄폼이 휘어지지 않음으로써 별도로 단열층을 이중시공을 하지 않아도 되므로 비용절감효과가 있다.
