A FLOOR SHEET USING HEATING KOREAN PAPER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a floor sheet using heating Korean paper and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of preventing electromagnetic waves and increasing electroconductivity. The method for manufacturing a floor sheet using heating Korean paper comprises: a step of immersing pulp in water for 1 to 3 hours; a step of beating the pulp immersed in water until the pump has a beating degree of 60° SR; stirring polyacrylonnitrile (PAN)-based carbon fiber having a length of 10 mm with pulp in a stirrer under 1100 to 1300 rpm for 20 to 40 seconds; a step of putting the pulp stirred with carbon fiber in a paper machine to produce paper; a step of stitching the paper to have predetermined width and length; a first compression step of compressing the stitched paper; a second compression step of compressing the firstly compressed paper; drying the secondly compressed paper at a temperature of 90 to 107°C for 20 to 40 seconds; a step of attaching a plurality of conductive electrodes to one surface of the dried paper; attaching Korean paper to one surface or the other surface of the functional paper with the conductive electrodes attached thereto; and disposing a floor material for bottom finishing and an insulator for insulation on upper and lower surfaces of the lamination, respectively, and pressurizing and attaching the same with a pressurizing roller.
본 발명은 발열한지를 이용한 장판 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 펄프를 물에 1시간 내지 3시간 동안 침지시키는 단계, 물에 침지된 펄프를 고해도 60°SR이 될 때까지 고해시키는 단계, 10mm의 길이를 갖는 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile, PAN)계 탄소섬유를 펄프와 교반기에서 1100rpm~1300rpm 으로 20초~40초 동안 교반시키는 단계, 탄소섬유와 교반된 펄프를 초지기에 넣고 종이를 만드는 단계, 종이를 소정의 폭과 넓이를 갖도록 박음질하는 단계, 박음질된 종이를 압착하는 제1 압착단계, 제1 압착된 종이를 압착하는 제2 압착단계, 제2 압착된 종이를 90~107℃에서 20초~40초 동안 건조시키는 단계, 건조된 종이의 일면에 다수의 도전성 전극을 부착하는 단계, 도전성 전극이 부착된 기능성종이의 일면 또는 타면에 한지를 접착시키는 단계 및 합지의 상, 하부면에 바닥 외장용 바닥재와 단열용 단열재를 각각 배치하여 가압롤러로 가압 부착시키는 단계로 제작된 발열한지를 이용한 장판을 제공할 수 있다.
