FLOOR PAPER MADE BY KOREAN PAPER MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME AND FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a traditional Korean handmade paper (hanji) floor which is easily handled by a worker and facilitates construction; a manufacturing method thereof; and a floor construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the hanji floor comprises: an upper hanji plate having a hanji base wherein a plurality of hanji sheets are overlapped and affixed, and a waterproof layer formed by coating a waterproof material on the hanji base; a lower plate having a base plate affixed to a lower surface of the upper hanji plate, and a mineral coating layer coated on a lower surface of the base plate; band paper affixed to a lower surface of the lower plate and extended outwards from an edge of the lower plate; and a double-sided tape affixed to a portion of the band paper extended outwards from the lower plate. The hanji floor has a structure where the lower plate having a mineral coating layer is joined to the upper hanji plate with the waterproof layer formed on the hanji base to allow a worker to easily handle the hanji floor, facilitate construction, and drastically shorten a construction time required for construction.
본 발명은 작업자가 다루기 쉽고 시공이 쉬운 한지장판과 그 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 바닥 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 한지장판은, 복수의 한지가 겹쳐서 접착된 한지 베이스 및 한지 베이스 위에 방수재가 코팅되어 형성된 방수층을 구비하는 상부 한지판과, 상부 한지판의 하면에 접착되는 베이스판 및 베이스판의 하면에 코팅되는 광물 코팅층을 구비하는 하부판과, 하부판의 하면에 하부판의 가장자리로부터 외측으로 연장되도록 부착되는 띠지와, 띠지의 하부판으로부터 외측으로 연장된 부분에 부착되는 양면테이프를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 한지장판은 한지 베이스 위에 방수층이 형성된 상부 한지판에 광물 코팅층을 갖는 하부판이 결합된 보드 구조를 취함으로써, 작업자가 다루기 쉽고 시공이 쉬우며, 시공에 필요한 공기를 획기적으로 단축할 수 있다.
