TEMPORARY RETAINING TIMBER SOIL RETAINING PLATE RECOVERY UNIT AND IT'S RECOVERY METHODS
The present invention is to provide a temporary retaining timber soil retaining plate recovery unit and a recovery method, wherein a timber soil retaining plate is installed in a recovery unit to be fitted to a construction period of the timber soil retaining plate, thereby enabling refilling when removing a temporary retaining facility, and recovering the whole timber soil retaining plate at the same time. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the temporary retaining timber soil retaining plate recovery unit comprises: a timber soil retaining plate (100); and a recovery unit (200) having a connection steel bar (210), a raised support plate (220), a fixing nut (230), and a coupler (240).
본 발명은 목재 토류판을 시공시기에 맞춰 목재 토류판에 회수장치를 설치하여 흙막이 가시설 철거시 되메우기와 동시에 목재 토류판을 전량 회수할 수 있도록 한 가설 흙막이 목재 토류판 회수장치 및 회수방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 가설 흙막이 목재 토류판 회수장치는 목재 토류판(100)과; 상기 목재 토류판(100)을 감싸는 형태로 설치되며, 일정한 길이 및 직경을 갖는 강봉의 가운데를 절곡하여 형성된 연결강봉(210)과, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 하단에 삽입되는 인상받침판(220)과, 상기 인상받침판(220)의 하부에 배치됨과 동시에 연결강봉(210)의 최하부와 나사결합되는 고정너트(230)와, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 중간에 삽입 설치되는 커플러(240)로 이루어진 회수장치(200)로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 가설 흙막이 목재 토류판 회수방법은 목재 토류판(100)을 감싸는 형태로 일정한 길이 및 직경을 갖는 강봉의 가운데를 절곡하여 형성된 연결강봉(210)과, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 하단에 삽입되는 인상받침판(220)과, 상기 인상받침판(220)의 하부에 배치됨과 동시에 연결강봉(210)의 최하부와 나사결합되는 고정너트(230)와, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 중간에 삽입 설치되는 커플러(240)로 구성된 회수장치(200)를 설치하고, 상기 회수장치(200)를 인상시켜, 지중에 설치된 목재 토류판(100)을 회수함을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 목재 토류판을 시공시기에 맞춰 목재 토류판에 회수장치를 설치하여 흙막이 가시설 철거시 되메우기와 동시에 목재 토류판을 전량 회수할 수 있도록 한 가설 흙막이 목재 토류판 회수장치 및 회수방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 가설 흙막이 목재 토류판 회수장치는 목재 토류판(100)과; 상기 목재 토류판(100)을 감싸는 형태로 설치되며, 일정한 길이 및 직경을 갖는 강봉의 가운데를 절곡하여 형성된 연결강봉(210)과, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 하단에 삽입되는 인상받침판(220)과, 상기 인상받침판(220)의 하부에 배치됨과 동시에 연결강봉(210)의 최하부와 나사결합되는 고정너트(230)와, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 중간에 삽입 설치되는 커플러(240)로 이루어진 회수장치(200)로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 가설 흙막이 목재 토류판 회수방법은 목재 토류판(100)을 감싸는 형태로 일정한 길이 및 직경을 갖는 강봉의 가운데를 절곡하여 형성된 연결강봉(210)과, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 하단에 삽입되는 인상받침판(220)과, 상기 인상받침판(220)의 하부에 배치됨과 동시에 연결강봉(210)의 최하부와 나사결합되는 고정너트(230)와, 상기 연결강봉(210)의 중간에 삽입 설치되는 커플러(240)로 구성된 회수장치(200)를 설치하고, 상기 회수장치(200)를 인상시켜, 지중에 설치된 목재 토류판(100)을 회수함을 특징으로 한다.
