THE EXECUTION METHOD PREVENTING NOISE USING DOUBLE PANEL AND THE PANEL PREVENTING NOISE TO BETWEEN FLOOR OF PUBLIC HOUSING
A construction method for preventing impact noise dually using an inter-floor noise prevention panel for an apartment building comprises: a process of arranging a lower panel of two panels consisting of the lower panel and an upper panel on an inter-floor slab layer; a process of rotating a cap mounted on a support pillar of the lower panel to adjust a height of the lower panel; a process of mounting the lower panel on the upper panel; a process of mounting an inverse conical pillar formed on a lower portion of the upper panel on two springs of a hole when inserting a spring into a conical hole of the lower panel and mounting the spring on an upper portion of the hole to mount the inverse conical pillar in the hole when mounting the upper panel on the lower panel; and a process of mounting a mesh net on a levelness display bar formed on an upper surface of the upper panel to mount the mesh net on the levelness display bar. When finishing a mortar layer on the upper panel, the mesh net is positioned below an upper end of the levelness display bar, and the levelness of the mortar layer is finished to a height of the levelness display bar on the upper surface of the upper panel to evenly finish the overall levelness of the mortar layer to prevent a crack in the mortar layer by the mesh net even if the finished mortar layer is thin and eliminate impact noise.
상 하 2개의 패널의 하부 패널을 층간 슬라브 층에 배치하는 과정과, 하부 패널의 받침기둥에 결합한 캡을 회전하여 하부 패널의 높낮이를 조절하는 과정과, 하부 패널에 상부 패널을 결합하는 과정과, 상부패널을 하부 패널에 결합할 때, 하부 패널의 콘형 홀에 스프링을 삽입하고 홀의 상부에 스프링을 거치하여 상부 패널의 저부에 형성되는 역 원추형 기둥를 홀에 결합할 때, 역 원추형 기둥이 홀의 2개의 스프링에 거치 결합되는 과정과, 상부 패널의 상면에 형성되는 수평표시대에 메시망을 결합하여 상기 메시망이 수평표시대에 거치되는 과정과, 상부 패널 위에 몰타르 층을 마감할 때, 메시망은 수평표시대 상단부 아래에 위치하고 몰타르 층의 수평은 상부 패널 상면에 수평표시대 높이로 마감하여 몰타르 층의 전체 수평을 균일하게 마감하여 마감 몰타르 층이 얇을지라도 메시망에 의해 몰타르 층에 크랙을 방지할 수 있고, 충격 소음을 소거할 수 있는 공용주택의 소음을 방지하기 위해 패널을 이중으로 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
