The panel preventing noise to between floor and construction method using the panel of public housing
The present invention provides a panel for preventing impact and noise between floors in an apartment building and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the panel for preventing impact and noise is formed of a hard, synthetic resin (poly propylene). Multiple diaphragms are formed on the upper surface and the bottom based on a horizontal diaphragm of the panel, and the diaphragm of the upper surface and the diaphragm of the bottom intersect. A compartment is formed between the diaphragms. A hole is bored on each diaphragm, and the impact and the noise generated on the diaphragm on the upper surface of the panel is firstly transferred to the horizontal diaphragm and the compartment on the upper surface. The impact and the noise are transferred to the diaphragm on the bottom and the compartment. So, the impact and the noise are indirectly transferred. The impact and the noise formed in the compartment is dispersed to the compartment adjacent by having the hole on each diaphragm. So, the impact and the noise at an impact point are dispersed and reduced. A sound absorbing member formed of the foaming synthetic resin (poly ethylene) is combined with the upper surface and the bottom of the panel. So, the impact and the noise generated in a mortar layer pass through the panel. So, the impact and the noise are remarkably reduced in a slab layer.
본 발명은 경질의 합성수지(poly propylene)를 이용하여 충격음 방지 용 패널을 형성하고 패널의 수평격벽을 기준으로 그 상면과 저면에 여러 개의 격벽을 형성하되 상면의 격벽과 저면의 격벽을 엇갈리게 구성하고 격벽과 격벽 사이에 격실을 형성하되 각 격벽에는 구멍을 천공하여 패널의 상면 격벽에 발생하는 충격음이 수평격벽과 상면 격실에 먼저 전하여 지고 저면의 격벽과 격실에 전하여 지도록 구성하여 충격음이 간접으로 전하여 지도록 구성하고 각 격벽에는 구멍을 형성하여 격실에 형성되는 충격음이 이웃한 격실로 분산하여 충격 지점의 충격음이 분산하여 충격음을 감소하게 되고 패널의 상면과 저면에 발포성 합성수지(poly ethylene)로 구성되는 흡음재를 결합하여 몰타르 층에서 발생한 충격음이 흡음재와 상기와 같이 구성한 패널을 통과하여 감소한 충격음이 슬라브 층에서 현저하게 감소하도록 구성되는 층간 충격 소음을 방지하는 패널과 그 패널을 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다.
