The soundproof panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first cover plate; a plurality of first soundproof panels provided on the first cover plate, and arranged apart from each other at a predetermined interval; a plurality of second soundproof panels fastened to the first soundproof panels, and arranged to cover the interval between the two first soundproof panels apart from each other; and a second cover plate provided in the second soundproof panels.
