ECO-FRIENDLY PROTECTION COATING COMPOSITION AND CONSTRUCTING METHODS USING THEREOF

The present invention provides an eco-friendly protection coating agent composition, and a constructing method using the same. The eco-friendly protection coating agent composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polymer resin; 10 to 40 parts by weight of a filler; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a hydrolyzable silane compound; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a waterborne polyurethane dispersion; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a plasticizer; 5 to 15 parts by weight of a humectant; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a thickener; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 10 to 40 parts by weight of a hardener; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an antiseptic; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a surface leveling agent; and 50 to 150 parts by weight of a solvent. The eco-friendly protection coating agent composition according to the present invention does not emit harmful materials, thereby being eco-friendly, forming a physically and chemically stable paint film on a surface of an object to be formed with a paint film, preventing chloride-induced corrosion and neutralization from occurring, and improving water-proofing properties and corrosion resistance.

본 발명은 고분자 수지 100중량부를 기준으로, 충진재 10 내지 40중량부; 가수분해 실란화합물 5 내지 30중량부; 수분산 폴리우레탄 분산제 10 내지 30중량부; 가소제 5 내지 20중량부; 보수제 5 내지 15중량부; 증점제 1 내지 20중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 경화제 10 내지 40중량부; 방부제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 표면평활제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 및 용제 50 내지 150중량부를 포함하는 친환경 보호 코팅제 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 보호 코팅제 조성물은 유해물질을 배출하지 않아 친환경적이면서도 도막을 형성하기 위한 대상표면에 물리적, 화학적으로 안정적인 도막을 형성하고, 염해, 중성화 방지, 방수성, 내부식성 등을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
